Experiencing Issues With Publishing & Updating Forms & Pages

Hi there,



Earthjustice has been experiencing on and off issues with publishing and updating in Luminate Online for weeks. It's somewhat intermittent but it seems like something that is not easily resolved by the support team (trust me I've been escalating and re-escalating and basically working overtime to try to get them to find a solution for this problem).  



Just wondering if there are other groups using Luminate Online who are having similar issues like this?



Basically, recently published pages are being treated as inactive and pages that were active for a long time that we are updating are not showing those changes being made on the "live" version (only in preview mode). 



I know the status page has been listing all kinds of issues with page load and run time: http://status.convio.com/ and I'm sure this is somehow connected to server-side issues in general. 



Trying to find out if we're alone in this battle to get Luminate Online to work as it is supposed to work. Any other groups having systemic problems with getting your pages to publish or to make changes to pages?
