The Aspen Institute in Washington DC is seeking a Development Operations and Prospect Manager, a key member of the Development team, who is responsible for managing and providing information and services that support the identification, cultivation, solicitation and recognition of Development’s prospects and donors. Robust prospect and donor management is paramount to the success of the Institutes advancing fundraising operation that relies heavily on managing relationships with funders and other key constituents to fulfill its mission.



The development operations and prospect manager will oversee prospect research and management, donor acknowledgement and stewardship, and the Aspen Institute Annual Appeal, as well as implement best practices and standards to enhance the development services operation. The position will also provide expert donor analysis, advanced donor reporting and end user training on the Institute’s new constituent relationship management system Luminate CRM™.



Proficiency with Raiser’s Edge, Luminate CRM™ and Luminate Online ™ by Blackbaud or Salesforce™ preferred
