Processing online gifts from an individual donor that also notes their business info

Please help!  When an individual donor makes an online gift and includes the organization they work for RE is automatically making the gift from the organization.  The system is also creating two records for this single gift.  Ideally the organization info should populate the individual donor's business tab for an individual gift and the relationship tab should populate if it's an organization donor.  We only want a single record for a single gift. This also causes a problem when the gift is for an event as the event tab is then updated with the gift in the wrong record if it's for an individual donor.  Plus, we don't want to have extraneous records created when those organizations are not the donors.  Is there a way we could choose who to make as the donor since there will be times it is an organization gift?

That's my problem as well as I do not know how to avoid creation of unwanted records in RE when processing these donation in Online Express.

We are also having this problem and the Organization info does not populate any address information. It is doubling our work!
