The A.G. Rhodes Health & Rehab corporate office, located in Atlanta, is seeking a full-time Administrative and Database Specialist.

 

Position Purpose:

The Administrative and Database Specialist will assume the responsibility for activities related to the administrative processes and procedures particularly as they concern relationships that are external to the organization.

 

Job Duties:

This position will be responsible for the following database duties:
  • Plan, create, develop and oversee all data management, data processing and systems  
  • Process all donor transactions: on-line, credit cards, cash, checks and in-kind gifts
  • Manage all aspects of donor records on E-Tapestry
  • Create constituent data reports and donors lists    
  • Ensure compliance with IRS, state and federal policies and regulations regarding gifts
  • Manage donor acknowledgements
  • Be responsible for staying informed on software upgrades and changes   
  • Assist in donor communication and stewardship  This position will be responsible for the following administrative duties:
  • Serve as liaison to Board members
  • Cultivate and maintain information relating to Board members
  • Manage communications with Board, including meeting dates, committees information, minutes of meetings, changes in contact information and other pertinent details
  • Oversee office duties including ordering supplies, planning meetings, coordinating calendars and multiple schedules
  • Serve as first point of contact within the organization by telephone and email
  • Maintain various business office documents
  • Other duties as assigned
 Qualifications:
  • Expertise in a donor management system, preferably Blackbaud’s E-Tapestry
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organizational, analytical and planning skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills

  • Minimum of five years’ experience
  • College degree
