Senior Development Operations Manager

Partners In Health is seeking a Senior Development Operations Manager who can oversee the Development Department’s investment in software and its IT structure, provide technical guidance to Development Department leadership and assist with the management of the development operations team.

S/he will:

• Oversee the fulfillment of staff requests for data, lists, and reports from Raiser’s Edge by the Systems and Operations Coordinator.
• Supervise the Data Integration Specialist and oversee the synchronization and integrity of all databases, internal and external, that contain or process donor information and transactions to ensure a seamless flow of donor information and revenue tracking.
• Provide oversight for data management strategies, staff training, report development, and technical solutions.
• Work closely with Senior Development team members to develop key metrics and designs effective processes and meaningful reports that identify current donor trends and measure team performance to inform future actions.
• Manage relationships, alongside the Director of Development Operations, and coordinate operations with external PIH vendors including credit card services, online donation processing, custom software solutions, and lockbox processing.
