Downloading Donations into RE

Hi,

For some reason when I ask OLX to download a gift, whether individually or Bulk Processing, it keep trying to Create the batch but it is not doing anything.  I have tried many ways, but something isn't quite right.  Yesterday I downloaded all of my event gifts into a batch without a problem.

Any suggestions from anyone?

Thanks for posting your question in the Community! It looks like you worked with my colleague Steve Sandie in support to get this issue sorted out. Please don't hesitate to respond and let us know in Community if the issue is still occurring.



If anyone else is experiencing this issue, check other workstations to see if the same problem appears. If it does not, it's most likely an issue specific to the workstation and an uninstall/reinstall will be helpful.
