Bulk Processing

Hi there,



I have recently replaced the past marketing person and receive little netcommunity/raisers edge training. When someone registers for for our fall registration we are now receiving this message when we try to "bulk process" the registrant. Can someone please help?

    Thanks for posting your question on the Community! It looks like you were actually working in NetCommunity, and were able to reach out to my colleague Brian Baker in support to help get this resolved.



    If anyone else experiences this, the error is: Invalid Date: Description. If you see this in Online Express or in NetCommunity, it's most likely that you have an Attribute in a Date format that The Raiser's Edge cannot accept. You can check this on the Transaction Information tab in Online Express, or in NetCommunity, support should be able to help.
