Looking for an Assistant Director of Advancement Services in Saint Leo, FL

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

 

This Advancement Services team member is responsible for the accurate and timely collection and storage of all constituencies relevant to ensure the division’s success, to train user groups in the proper use and capabilities of the system and to design and present reporting solutions to meet the end-users needs. The assistant director will also ensure that a current data entry manual is maintained at all times.



QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years’ work experience within the nonprofit organization environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the Raiser’s Edge software and Crystal Reports
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to ensure effectiveness in training
  • A working understanding of accounting principles
