Cash Flow report - one line per pledge

Is there a way to modify the cash flow report (and others) on the detail level to have the name and fund be on the same row as the installment schedule?

Do a Preview of the report, Export it into Excel and then adjust the alignment of donor names to match with the corresponding lines.  Pretty easy I do it all the time for a few different reports are laid out this way.

Thanks.  That's what I do now.  It just gets time consuming and I'm afraid I will miss something as we have donors with multiple pledges and the business office wants cash flow reports by the month for 5 years.  That's a lot of cleanup and linking.  I didn't have the time to fix it for the business office recently and they offered to pay for a custom for the cash flow and the pledge status detail report.  I just wondered if there was a way before going the custom route.

monthly cash flow reporting seems a little excessive to me... but what do I know, I am not your organization.  If they want it that often I don't think I would go to the trouble of editing it.  Just give them a PDF and let them read that (with a ruler if necessary) -- at that point it's a quick and dirty for reference anyway.



If you have THAT many new pledges every  month, and/or changes to your pledge program, then maybe you should consider a report that just lists new pledges for the months and/or another one or two that specifically lists the adjustments (adjustment report) and write offs (write off report). ???
