Lists Won't Upload from RE to Net Community

Hello!



I refreshed a list yesterday for a E-mail I was supposed to send out yesterday.  However, the list hasn't updated and it is still in queued mode.  I tried just cancelling the upload and used a smaller list (since the original had about 48,000 e-mails), but it still says "Status: This list has been queued for loading."    Now, no other lists for other e-mails can be uploaded.  What can I do to get a list uploaded? 



I need help as soon as possible!

Hi Sev,

I've never experienced this error message personally, but I did find a knowledgebase article on the subject.



The article lists about 5 different things you can do to try and resolve the issue.
