Advancement Services Manager:  St. Margaret’s Episcopal School has an immediate opening for the position of Advancement Services Manager.  The Manager is directly responsible for the comprehensive management of the donor relation database (Raiser’s Edge), reporting and data analysis.

 

The qualified applicant will have the following skills and experience:
  • Experience in Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management software/relational database .
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in the data management of fund raising including gift reporting management and annual report preparation
  • Five years’ related professional experience working with multiple priorities, exceptional interpersonal, communications and planning skills, as well as a proven ability to see the “big picture” while attending to details. 
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, IRS and CASE regulations for gift acceptance. 
  • Strong preference will be given to applicants with prospect management and advancement experience.
  • Ability to serve as the site lead for Raiser’s Edge.
  • Prospect management and advancement experience preferred.
