Blackbaud NetCommunity supports the following gateways/processors:



Blackbaud Merchant Services (gateway & processor)


IATS (gateway & processor)


PayPal PayFlow Pro (gateway)


Authorize.Net (gateway)


Sage/Versus (gateway)


CyberSource (gateway)



There are some additional gateways that we support for customers in Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

We use Authorize.Net. Does this limit us when it comes to recurring gifts? I tried to build a donation part using this feature, and I was told we had to shelf that project because of the gateway we use. Do you know anything about this?

Authorize.Net is not supported by The Raiser's Edge and that's where ongoing recurring donations are processed. Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) does support both RE and BBNC for these transactions.
