List of site pages

Is there a way to see a report of web pages and the edited date? I'm trying to refresh some of the pages on our site. I'd like to be able to generate a list of webpages and titles that I can manipulate in excel. If BBNC can't do this, does anyone know of any 3rd party tools that can help me? I've tried using some site map generators online but they haven't been able to fully map our site.

You might be able to use a sitemap tool like XML Sitemap. Their sitemaps include date changed. BUT I have not yet figured out how to convert the .xml file into a usable spreadsheet. All the data for each page is contained within one column.
