Is there an email hierachy? If not I think this is essential!!!

Is it true that NetCommunity chooses the first email listed on the constituent record or can you choose which type of email you want? I am in the process of getting NC.

You specify in NetCommunity which email to use.



This setting can be found in Administration, Sites & settings, under Phone type mapping.



You'll choose from all your available email phone types which email phone type NetCommunity will send to when sending to constituent lists. NetCommunity will only send to the email phone type specified here.
