Submenus not showing on the website

For some reason all of the submenus on our website aren't showing up when our supporters search the site. From the back end, all of the pages are still there and correctly ordered in the menu tree. Is this something that needs to be fixed in settings?

Hey Jenni,



My best guess on this is that the secondary menus aren't styled. The secondary, tertiary, etc menus must have CSS entered into the stylesheet for them to show.



If you create a case with our support team we can review and confirm if that's what's causing it. Please note in support we have experts in the software not design. So while we can identify this in support we probably cannot style the menus on your site.
