Net Communities HELP!

We need someone that knows what they are doing to help us set up our Net Communities pages, templates and emails. Does anyone have the name and contact info for a "hired gun" that could work with me to do that?. We are not looking for a consultant with an agency. We are looking for a "doer". i.e. I tell them the funcitonality that we want, and they design the pages to make that happen.
