Sporting Event Registration

Anyone who has completed a registration form for a Golf Tournament. Would you be willingly to let me view your event form. I'm not sure how to handle sponsorships that get 'golfers' versus those sponsorships that do not get golfers.

We have set it up in a way that once you select a sponsorship package that includes golfers it enables you to register two golfers for free.
