Can't Edit Tributes

Unless I'm missing something, I can't edit the tribute info through the plug-in. We had to delete and manually enter a gift from someone who entered too much information (no more than 50 characters for first name). We checked the KB and everything and even though the constituent record we created didn't have too many characters, the acknowledee field in the plug-in did. We could not edit it.

    I've read over this question, but I'm not able to see why we're trying to edit the tributes, or what your eventual goal is. Because of that I don't know what we should answer with.
