Removing a part from the donation confirmation screen

After a donation is made, the screen that comes up has 2 parts at the top that we don't want showing. I cannot find a way to delete these parts. They are the same two parts that show up when someone clicks the "Donate Now" button, so they don't make sense on the confirmation screen.

This isn't possible to change because the donation form doesn't have a helplets feature. Please take a look at this thread.
