Give as Organization and Comments Field in Payment Part 2.0

Hello,



My organization would like to implement the payment part functionality of BBNC to make it easier for donors to give multiple gifts in a single transaction.



Our problem is that it doesn't seem possible in either payment part or payment part 2.0 to:


1. Donate on behalf of an organization


2. Enable comments on the transaction



Both these features are things that are critical to our donation workflow both from the donor's perspective and our back-end administrative perspective. Am I missing something here, or is there no way to do this with the payment part?

This information would already be captured on the donation form, so there's no need for that functionality to exist on the payment part.

OK, I've got it working, partially, however there is still an issue.



When I use Payment Part, each donation form will allow donations from an organization, but if I use Payment Part 2.0, it the checkbox to enable giving as an organization is greyed out. Am I doing something wrong?



What is the difference between Payment Part and Payment Part 2.0 anyway?

The payment part should be completely irrelevant here. because of that I don't think we'll be able to assist over a form like this. I recommend creating a support case so we can discuss this with you.
