Copied Payment Part (unique to event) not available as option on Donation Form.

I copied the payment part and saved as unique payment part for an event donation form. Why doesn't it show up in the drop down to select a payment part on that form?

The drop down lists pages with payment parts, so if we only made the part and didn't put it on a new page yet that's it.
