Fundraiser parts greyed out

I'm trying to insert a Fundraiser part onto a page. There's no other Fundraiser part on this page. However, when I bring up the screen to insert the part, all the Fundraiser parts are greyed out and I can't select them. Anyone know why this is happening?

This is the kind of thing we'd want to make a case for instead of on the form, but here's some troubleshooting questions to get you started.



1. Does it happen if you try to put the fundraiser part on a new page?


2. Does it happen to other users?


3. Does it happen on other computers?


4. Does it happen in other browsers?

You can also go to the Site Explorer - Pages gallery and search for your new page. Look at the preview screen below the page listings (on right side), to see what parts are on your page. In the case of copying pages, versus creating new, it may have remnant coding.



Also, ensure you don't have any URL after the PID in your browser string. If there is an frsid or other string of digits after the PID=####, then you may have similar issues as well.

Hi guys. I copied the page to a new one and was able to insert the part. I have no idea why I was unable to insert it on the original still, as there were only empty content panes. Not really sure what was going on, but thanks for the help.
