Missing Form Display part

I am trying to integrate a form into one of my pages, and it says at the top of the page: "To place a form on the website, create a Form Display part and select the form"



So, I went to Parts, and searched for the Form Display part, but could not find it. I searched through the help and it seems taken for granted that the Form Display part will be in the list of parts.



Am I doing something wrong?

Hello Jared,



The form display part comes with grow or higher, so if you're on spark to have it you have to get an add on. I hope that makes sense!
