NC Account Lockout

Someone in the org had attempted to sign in to our NetCommunity install on the main admin account, but kept getting the password wrong and has now locked the account. How can I reset the account?

The account lockout duration feature can be manually set in the Administration tab -> sites and settings under “Registration and login options”. The times vary based on your site settings but usually after 15 minutes you will be able to try and login again. I hope this helps!

That would be the Administration tab that I would access once I have logged in on NC as an admin? Unfortunately, that is the account that is locked. I'll wait and see if it allows another login after the 15 minutes is over. Thanks!
