Include Attributes in Merge in Event Registrations

Here is one problem and one idea.



1. Allow Attributes to be merged in email acknowledgment and confirmation. We use attributes for our events because we have so many workshops. There is no way for the staff registrant to get a confirmation of what they signed up for. This is the only way we can use either registration form.



2. Find a way to hide all the text on the first page from the rest of the pages. It's overwhelming.
