Processing Guests as Constituents on Registration Forms

Can someone tell me if it's possible to create constituents out of guests from the new Event Registration Form? I can't find a way to do it. Seems like I could before on the Classic form.

    We're mostly NetCommunity experts here. This is a process you'd need to do in The Raiser's Edge after processing so an RE person would be able to help better I think. This answer is the same for the new and classic form.
