Email lists

We want individuals to be able to edit existing lists in the emails lists, but we do not want certain people creating lists...is this possible?

Jennifer - There some options that should help with your goals. You can secure email lists by role much like you can any page/part. In addition, within Task Groups under Users and Security you can define which roles can create new email lists as well.
