Users are receiving a runtime error when they try to unsubscribe from our emails. Where do I start to find a fix?

When one clicks on email preferences, they get the normal page (https://connect.bluffton.edu/sslpage....) but when they check the box and click update, they get the attached error message. I have no idea where to start to fix this.

    Please edit the User Email Preferences part and check what you have filled in for "After update navigate to:"



    I think there's a permission issue on this page. Please check the targeting & security on the Page properties, and also on the properties of whatever template that page is using.



    If that doesn't fix it we need more information, so I'd recommend creating a support case.
