Primary School Field hard coded to be added when not needed

Is there any way to not add a primary school through the NetCommunity processing system if one already exist on the donor's record in RE. By the Netcommunity requiring this field to be "added", causes me to have duplicate school information. Would like the option to unselect if the primary school is already listed.
