Donor Report and search features on BBNC

I'm wondering if anyone has created a donor report listing all of your donors using BBNC? I'm particularly interested in search features. We have several different categories of donors and, while the directory feature works well for the simple ones, there are one are two that have multiple designations within a category that the directory feature isn't working well for. Any thoughts/ideas/examples would be much appreciated!
