How to use Online Admissions to enroll new students?

Does anyone use BBNC Online Admissions for contracts with new students? If so, how do you handle enrolling the applicants because they have to be a student in order for the parent to be able to login to complete the form.

    We're doing that for the first time this year. We decided to only use if for families that want to enroll and decided against using the enrollment wizard for ALL applicants. Our accept letter reads, "Accepted families have two options for submitting the enrollment contract: 1. Complete an online enrollment contract. If you would like to complete the online contract please call or email XXX, xxx@shipleyschool.org, and she will activate your account, forward instructions and address any questions you may have. 2. Sign and return the paper contract included in the acceptance packet."


    If a family contacts us then we run them through the enrollment wizard, run role refresh on BBNC, and then send them a link to the form. Let me know if you have any questions.
