Logging out of the Gift Service Center

I just successfully enabled my gift service center so my lapsed sustaining donors could go enter their updated credit card information themselves. I can't figure out how to log out of that gift service center now though! I logged in as one of my sustaining donors to test the service center and now I seem to be perpetually logged in as that donor. There's no "log-out" option that I can find. Can someone help please? Hi Jenny,

I can help take a look at this with you.  How are you getting your donors logged in?  Meaning, is it through a link in an email or autoresponder?  Or, did you add a login link somewhere on your website? Send anything along that you can that a donor would see and use and that'll give me a good starting point at what to look at.

If they are being directed through an autoresponder, what you can do is add a login/logout link either somewhere in your pagewrapper.  Or, we could look at adding a logout link into one of the service center pages.

Was this issue ever resolved? I don't see a log out option in the gift service center and can see how it might be useful.

Hello, I'm echoing Erik Leaver's comment to ask if this was ever resolved. I still don't see a log out option in the Service Center (which seems quite an obvious requirement if one has to log in, one should need to log out).  Thanks.

You can create a logout link through the WYSISYG editor or with the S3 S-tag.
