Is it possible to add custom CSS to a Blackbaud Sphere "Friends asking Friends" page?

I'm doing some web development work on contract for a Ronald McDonald House BC and now that I am finished with their main site, they'd like me to take a look at their Sphere "Friends askind Friends" sites. When I watch the videos on Sphere they talk about a "cookie tool" that allows the user to input extra html. We don't have that available in our back-end. Can you please tell me what we need to do to get it?



With the cookie tool, will I be able to generate a custom css file, store it somewhere and refer to it in the header? Right now we have a page that Blackbaud created a custom CSS page for - I can see it being referred to in my dev tools, but I can't find it in the backend anywhere. I suppose I'm not meant to?
