Emails are being received by some recipients using Windows 7 or Microsoft Outlook 14.0 all distorted or all in code?

    It's going to be something in the HTML of the email. There's a lot of services out there that can help you with this. I like http://www.emailonacid.com/, but that's just me personally. I'm sure there's others that are just as good.
