Copy and paste error within Razors edge

When I copy and paste an email within Razors edge:


does not happen all the time. once or twice a day. Constritui7 error. runtime error -2147219868 Crecord Init method must be called before this object. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate the help. thank you
