Multiple New User Registration parts

Can you have multiple New User Registration forms ? We want to be able to use the same basic New User registration page but use it on two websites and so give two different confirmation pages / acknowledgment emails depending on where they signed up.

Don't worry I've worked out how to do it - am a bit of a newbie at this at the mo!
