‘BLK* NONPROFIT (PENDING)’ leads donors/registrants to dispute transactions

This may be more of a BBPS/BBMS issue but as there is no idea bank for them, I'll post it here. We have seen a huge uptick in our donors and event registrants getting calls from their credit card companies (most frequently Amex) alerting them to to a possible fraudulent charge because of how transactions show up during their 'pending' time. We can, of course, have language on the landing page letting people know about this but (a) they don't read it or (b) they read it but won't remember it and (c) even if they read it, their credit company still flags the transaction and we get hit with the chargeback fee plus an angry donor/participant. We can control how the transaction shows up AFTER pending, but we need to have the same setting for right after the gift is made/fee is paid. ‘BLK* NONPROFIT (PENDING)’ has nothing to do with our organization and after researching it, our alumni think that it is a 'non-profit in San Diego' and dispute the charge.
