Can I add an SSL Site Seal (button to verify SSL) to all pages on our BBNC site?

Sphere has a Symantec SSL Site Seal on their pages. According to KB BB464570, I would have to figure out the code myself with GeoTrust, and add it manually to each and every page where I'd want the seal displayed. Is there a way to add this seal to the entire site, without adding a new part to each and every page?

If you add the part at the template level then the amount of work you're doing is minimized.
