Unable to create NetCommunity email list from RE query

For the past month we haven't been able to create a list from a query -- no queries are found in Raiser's Edge. We're split hosted. Tech support has been working on the issue and we've been back and forth installing updates and upgrading to no avail. Because we can't load queries, we have to import CSV files. We are very concerned because we've had to address our very important supporters with 'Dear friend' instead of a personal email message. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

  • Two months later... after many upgrades and service support calls we're still no further ahead. It's still not working. Anyone else have this issue?
