Emails not being seen by constituents - Spam

We use NetCommunity to email our alumni. I have noticed recently that in gmail our message goes to "all mail" but never appears in the inbox. Today we also had a problem with our email going to spam in yahoo mail. I have reviewed the best practices and our emails comply - is anyone else having these issues? Any suggestions?

You could try doing an SPF record for the domain you use for your from address. http://www.blackbaud.com/kb/index?pag... has the IPs you'll need for it.
