Size of Netcommunity database - does anyone have a similar issue?

the STATS table is over 200 million rows in size and our IT would like to be able to shrink or rotate this table:


The big one for us is BBI_PRIM which is 197,215MB, the biggest table being STATS which is 202 Million rows, this is the table we would really like to be able to shrink or have an ability to run a “log rotate” task upon."
