How do I create a survey on BBNC that allows users to see custom results based on their answers?

Options
Basically, I want a simple quiz. I need users to be able to check what health care needs they have in and, based on what they check, see what programs at my agency would be of use. I don't see a way using surveys or polls to customize what users see based on their answers, only to see what other people have answered, which is not useful to them in this context. Do I have to do this outside of BBNC and embed? It seems like something that should be available.

You might want to use Forms instead. You can have conditional statements this way (show people something specific based on their previous answers). To my mind, the forms seem to be the best option in your case.

Thank you! I will give it a try. Any ideas on which form might best meet this need? The ones I've tried so far seem to require creating a login at some point in the process and that's not needed here.

You're welcome:) And to answer your questions:

You will need to create a custom form (Site explorer -> Forms -> New form). Then you will need a "Form Display" part to be able to display your form on a webpage.

Regarding the permissions, these could be configured for pages, parts or forms any way you like them. Using "Everyone" means they will be no login involved.

Just a note, the form results won't be automatically imported into RE. They will be visible into that Site explorer -> Forms space, and could be exported as .csv and then used as you like.
