BBMS, NetCommunity... I'm stuck.

I need some guidance.
Our organization uses NetCommunity. We use the tools for online giving, but from the beginning, it's been a more complex operation than anticipated. We have two bank accounts that we use for different types of funds. So, I have two BBMS accounts and they are connected to the appropriate forms. However...
We also utilize the giving search tool. Because that search tool is connected to all funds (which also means both banks), how should I proceed with connecting it to a BBMS account?
