Mac compatibility vs Microsoft systems

First time user and rookie to content management here...



It seems that the same hue colors and font styles aren't exactly the same as if it were originated off a Microsoft system.



For example, Arial appears to look different, particularly in regard to character spacing.


Any feedback or thoughts are appreciated.
