Additional Donation merge field seems to be missing.

We're testing event features and have activated the "Allow Additional Donations" option for an event.



I can put an "Additional Donation: Amount" merge field in the Email Notifications-Event Registration email template for internal use, but I can't put the same field in the event's cart payment Acknowledgement Email part for the donor. What am I missing?
