NC email lists can't be populated from Query Lists in RE

At the moment NC can only populate from a constituent query in RE so it isn't possible to use Query Lists to create a bespoke list for a mailing and then use this to send the email. Could this be changed so that this process has more flexibility?

Mark, did you add this to the ideas page?  That way we can all vote and the BB can see how badly we need this.
