Updated Phone/Email NOT being set to primary from NetCommunity plugin to RE

With the upgrade to 7.94 NetCommunity and RE are not integrated when updating email and phone address. When donor updates their primary email address, it is NOT replacing the existing primary address in RE. It is ADDING a new non-primary address. Also, when using NetCommunity Email, it is NOT using the primary email address, it is using the first email address listed.



So, if John Smith changes jobs and replaces his email online, that email will NOT be replaced in RE. The OLD email will remain listed as PRIMARY and the new address will be listed below that but NOT as primary.



This is a HUGE problem that needs to be address immediately! This also applies to phones, but that is not as a big of an issue for us.



There needs to be options for the donor or when processing records in the NC plugin, to set an email and/or a phone as primary.

    The upcoming release for Blackbaud NetCommunity has changes to handle the new phone type mapping in RE 7.94.



    Unfortunately, I do not have an exact time frame on when this will be deployed so keep an eye out for our release announcement.
