The URLs that are being used for the images' source in my email marketing is causing the problem. I copied the email message and ran some tests. If I used the base image source which netcommunity is using the images did not appear on mobile. If I switched it to use a link hosted on my site, the image appeared on my phone. Since the URL is being inserted by the netcommunity product, we are not sure what to do and could sincerely use your help.

    Without looking at your code it's hard for me to help, but one suggestion I have is try using the image URL that has the image ID in it rather than the word based url. I sometimes have better luck with image id urls. Just a thought. Another question - is this a responsive or non-responsive email?
