How to resend an email message when the email was incorrect but the you have updated the list pulled from RE

New to sending messages in Net Community. I used a query in RE and pulled that to a saved list in Net Community. I used the list to send an email save the date for graduation. Two of the emails bounced (one soft, one hard). I could tell immediately that the email address was incorrect. I corrected emails in RE and refreshed the query in RE and the list in Net Community. I want to resend to those two and cannot figure out how to do it. I don't have that as an option under the action column and the email address listed under recipients is still the old email address that was wrong.
