Has anyone had problems with installing the NetCommunity plugin on RE when the computer is using Windows 8?

Options
We have a user that just upgraded to Windows 8. When I went to install the plug-in it says everything was successful but the plug-in is not appearing in Raiser's Edge.

    Let's try these steps.

    1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
    2. Open Administration > Security
    3. Open the appropriate security group
    4. Highlight NetCommunity in the Group Privileges window
    5. Click Options
    6. Select the NetCommunity Interface (plug-in) or the NetCommunity tab
  • She has the correct security settings already.
